First time we went to Mac's it was a Friday at 1:00. We thought it might be a good time to avoid some of the lunchtime crowd . Half the tables were empty but took waiter 20 minutes to take our order and another 30 minutes before the food arrived. My husband chose the classic cheese burger which was big and done just right, medium but his frys were cold. I ordered Mac's fish sandwich which was not what I expected. The white fish was undercooked, translucent and slimmy. I ate the lettuce and tomato and the bun along with the coldslaw. Not a good 1st visit.
