Not even sure why people are so obsessed with this place. Each time I have given it a chance something was wrong. First time I received the wrong order and they added stuff onto my sandwich I specifically asked not to include. The last time I was there I was given a burnt bagel and actually asked if it was acceptable or if they should make another one. I mean really.. Pastries were no good and even stale. Prices are ridiculous too, $4 for a chai tea is insane.
