This place has a rewards program -- that means I'm going back! I called Klein's and inquired about bulbs. I talked to Amy on the phone, who was helpful and told me Klein's had lots of spring bulbs. I was impressed by the selection of plants at Klein's -- there were rows and rows of healthy-looking, unique plants. I purchased several bulbs that I had been looking for. The layout at Klein's is not very cart-friendly. The aisles are narrow, and a few areas of the floor have plywood pieces on the ground serving as connecting walkways. I bumped into a lot of things with my cart. I give Klein's 4/5 stars because of the customer service. When I was shopping, I walked past and made eye contact with a woman who did not smile or say anything. I figured she was a shopper who was having a rough day. Once I checked out, I discovered that she was a staff person since she was behind the register. The woman who rang up my items was very friendly, though, and signed me up for the rewards system. I would recommend Klein's, but be aware that customer service when browsing for plants will be scarce.
