This mall is very modern, clean and well-maintained. There's a nice selection of stores, none of which are boarded up. You have your anchor stores like Sears and Macy's, as well as a bunch of popular stores like Lush, B&BW, Victoria's Secret, etc. I also enjoy the Oil&Vinegar store because it's different and neat. They have a very nice food court area with a variety of food & dessert items, and plentiful comfortable seating.
My biggest peeves are:
1) with the parking, which is always a process because it's such a busy area with a lot of shoppers so more than likely I have to walk a bit to get to the entrance/store/restaurant I need to go.
2) with the bathrooms. I went on a Saturday at 1pm, arguably one of their busy days, but I still think that's a bit early in the day for the bathroom to be almost unusable. I went to the one in the food court, and there were toilets with questionable things inside and on the seat, toilet paper pieces all over the floor, minimal toilet paper to use, and a wet floor near the sinks. It was honestly comparable to a bathroom during midday at a theme park - had I been able to hold it I wouldn't have went in there. This has been several times I have seen it like this, but this most recent time (last weekend) was the worst. They might consider hiring more cleaning staff or focus them more on the restrooms on the weekends because it's a shame such a nice mall has gross bathrooms.
All in all it beats a lot of other malls because its stores are always changing and very trendy. There's also a ton of places to eat nearby, a movie theatre, and several strip malls nearby for even more shopping. Definitely one of the biggest draws to the South Hills.
I wish I could give this a 3.5 but a 4 should suffice!
