I booked a rental car from Enterprise about 10 days in advanced using the website, with no trouble at all. I was able to also call them one day in advanced to request someone to pick me up from a nearby shopping plaza on the morning of my reservation to take me to the Enterprise office. They were happy to do so, and I appreciate their help with making this rental process as convenient as possible. I also appreciate the employees who work there - they were welcoming, kind, and transparent about the entire process. I rented the vehicle for five days - no issues at all with the car. In my opinion, they offer the Best deal (compared to other rental car companies) for a 5 day rental with unlimited miles (I paid about $100 total). Highly recommend renting from Enterprise in Scottsdale!
