I asked the installer a simple question about the new system and he told me that his boss would call MY HUSBAND and go over the details. It must've been too complex for my tiny little girl brain, the same one that noticed a problem with my pool, researched service companies in my area, made an appointment, met the installers, and wrote their freaking check. Two stars because the work was good and done fast.
