Albert was really nice on the phone, and his guys were really nice when they came out for the initial trimming. They trimmed up everything really well, and it looked fantastic. However, after we agreed on coming every other Thursday, they never showed up again. I called and texted Albert several times, and it was not until I said we no longer wanted his services that he replied. He said they took on too many clients and are unable to service our yard. I wish I knew that before I paid much more for the initial cleanup. Now I have to hire another company and pay ANOTHER initial cleanup fee. Why is it so difficult to find good quality, reliable landscapers in this city?!
