This has been the worst coffee shop experience that I have ever had. If I could take it back and go literally anywhere else I would. I was ignored by the cashiers for several minutes while they served other people who walked up and didn't even get in line. I eventually had to call for someone to serve me when the cashier literally walked away while I was standing there waiting for service. When I finally was able to order, the cashier walked away before I could pay to replace a coffee filter. Eventually she wandered back to finish my transaction. I got my food and drink quickly and ate my bagel before trying my tea. The tea was so hot that when I took a small sip to test the temperature, it scalded my mouth so badly I almost spit it out, even though I had let it sit for at least 10 minutes while I was eating. It is completely ridiculous that they would serve tea this dangerously hot. Overall, horrible experience. I still can't drink my tea because it is so hot and I wouldn't be able to taste it if it was drinkable because my mouth is so badly burned. 0/10. Do not recommend.
