Omg. If I could give zero stars, I would. First time I have ever been in a nail salon and not offered anything to drink--that's standard, especially when I can see a wine bottle and glasses sitting out. I mean, really? And my nails look awful. I asked for a stiletto, but he cut them too short and had to do an almond. Then he did the other hand round, and it didn't match. Then another tech took over when I said something about it. She took forever and left my acrylic nails bumpy and ridged. Then she did a smeary, streaky job painting them and couldn't get it right after 3 tries. Tried claiming I was bumping them to smudge. No, that wasn't smudging, that was bad application. And it was a shimmer finish polish, so it wasn't like it was a creme nude that needed that many coats. She just did a terrible job. I ended up taking the polish off and redoing it when I got home. Which sucks, because I don't have that color at home. $28 for a set I had to repaint myself? No way. You couldn't pay me to go back. Oh, and did I mention the blood? Because she cut so much out of the corner of my natural nail to do the shape on the second hand that there was blood.
