After getting a gel manicure, I walked outside and noticed, in the sunlight, that 8 out of 10 nails were streaky looking. It looked like they had not properly cured. I went back in and showed the nail tech and she immediately said she could fix it which she did. She was friendly about it but also attempted to blame me telling me I bumped the uv light. It was not dents in my nails but streakiness and it was not caused by me. While she was fixing my nails, she spoke to another employee in their native language throughout. I was uncomfortable because they were laughing and I had no idea what was being said.
I really wanted to like this place as it is a convenient location but I'm not sure I'll give it another try.
