So unprofessional. I didn't even receive a service and I have never been treated so unprofessionally. I called to inquire about availability and they wanted a credit card number to hold for a booking (which is fine) I told the girl no I was not sure if I could find a sitter for my kids but if I did I would call back and proceed with scheduling an apt. I could not so I never called back hence I thought not scheduling an appointment. I received a call today saying I missed my appointment and the manager even had the audacity to say "that's not what happened". Please don't suggest potential clients are liars. I talked to another girl who mistakenly put me on the schedule, it happens. I wouldn't have been so upset if the manager didn't talk to me in such a rude and belittling manner. It's poor taste in a customer service business.
