Wow. If I'd read the other reviews, I probably wouldn't have hired. My experience was this: Dan answers his phone. Other companies did not. I told him I was in a hurry and he came to give the estimate within the time I needed. I asked if he would be out or a crew and he said the crew would come back without him. The crew completed the work when promised. He did not require payment until I inspected and then allowed me to send a check as I was not on site immediately after the work. The tree was beautifully trimmed, just as he described it would be. The yard was cleaned up. There were some tiny leaves (mesquite) in the rocks, but nothing unrealistic. I can't speak to the insured part. I did not check his claims. I was in a hurry, but should have requested proof of insurance. I would hire again.
