I stayed here for 2 nights. Booked it on priceline for one price and they charged me another. The woman at the front desk refused to correct the charges despite me showing her proof. The staff at this hotel is not nice, they never smile, and are borderline rude. When I checked in I was told there were no more king beds even though that's what I requested. The lady at the front desk told me I had no choice but to take the double room. The next morning I got down to breakfast with 5 min to spare. The staff member came around and told everyone that breakfast was ending and to get what they wanted now. Guests got up to get their last breakfast item. A few guests tried to come back for beverages but they were told that they couldn't because the drinks were already pulled back. The drinks were still within sight and reach but they refused to give them to those that wanted them. Poor poor service. On another note the beds were comfy and the rooms were big. However the floors were dirty as if they weren't vacuumed. My suggestion: stay away from this hotel like the plague. No one wants to pay their money and not be treated right.
