This is a convenient location for me, so I've come here twice now. I'm mindful of the times I go in because I know it can get busy and result in a wait. I don't tent to wait. It's best to get in during the week before 2pm. It's a pretty comfortable atmosphere. The chairs are nice and they do offer small bottles of water to customers. There is also a very large variety of nail colors to choose from, and they seem to stay on top of the latest nail trends. They do a pretty nice job with pedicures. My most recent trip, I decided to get a man and a pedi. While I enjoy the lasting of the pedicure, my fingernails were a bit below average. The color began to chip off after less than a solid seven day week of wear. Maybe if I decided on an upgraded manicure it would've lasted longer, but for what I paid I would have liked something more sustainable. I paid about $44 for the Signature Pedi/standard Mani. I will more than likely go back for the Signature Spa Pedicure, but will leave my fingernails alone.
