Oh, Franklin, you have let me down not once, but twice. While the printing quality and prices are top-notch for getting a job done locally, delivery has been a disappointment. Now, granted, perhaps my expectation of a timely delivery is high, but two fails warrant comment. First time, I paid $15 for home delivery of an order under $100, and after multiple calls, I finally had to drive the 20 miles to pick up my order. It was a hassle, and their response was to simply credit my account $15. This past week I ordered post cards for a Friday delivery, and when I realized I wasn't going to be at home for most of the day, I called to say I would pick them up. Unfortunately, the postcards were printed at a different facility and were being delivered by UPS. I had a short window to pick them up as I had an evening event to attend. At 4:30pm the postcards still had not arrived, and I was without postcards for the event. I still think they do a quality, affordable job, and I do take a small part of the blame for always working on a tight deadline, but after two delivery disappointments, my love has waned a bit.
