I don't know what's taken me so long to write this review as I've been a happy client since June. I discovered this workout through ClassPass and was intrigued by the concept of a 35 minute workout. I'd done Crossfit and other HIIT workouts and hadn't fallen in love. FBBC was like love at first workout - a really hard, week long soreness arm workout, but that's not the best part. The best part of FBBC is the community spirit they foster. This is not a gym where no one talks to each other - quite the contrary. Everybody is there to encourage and inspire the people around them. This place is fun! The coaches genuinely care about your goals and progress - they are all experienced and knowledgable personal trainers - Ben, the owner is also a registered dietician, so you get the nutritional counseling and meal plans that work with your goals. I love love love this place and look forward to starting each day with one of their challenging workouts.
