Rip-off!!! $200 to get me into my garage in under 2 minutes with minimal effort on their part. How??? First they charged me $29 to come tell me they couldn't get into my house without breaking the door frame (which I explained to them before they sent someone because I have many security features). Then they sent a garage tech to get me in through my garage, which was what I wanted in the first place. He said the fee was $175 to get me in and that the previous $29 service fee didn't apply. I let him open the door because I was out of time. It took him approximately 2 minutes so I tried to debate the cost of that service, but he said $175 is standard and he could only reduce it if I paid him cash. I work in real estate and am constantly asked for locksmith referrals by clients, and they just missed out on a constant flow of business because I will never recommend these crooks.
