I visited Quantum this past weekend after seeing it across the street from Modern Mercantile. The inside is spacious and comfortable. They seemed to be in a soft opening phase, with a limited but still varied menu.
The drinks have a "science-y" theme to them - we tried the Schödinger's Cat, Galactic Mule, And Russian Interference. They also offered us some pretzels to snack on while we drank. We were all pleasantly surprised at how smooth the alcohol was! The Russian Interference was a good way to get a full taste of their product. Paired with the fresh ingredients, the cocktails were great. They also offer some shirts and hats as merchandise with pretty cool designs! Great to see another business on Carnegie's Main Street!
