They came to my house on 3 sep. occasions to fix my washer and microwave ( through my warranty company) . The only reason they came the 3rd time for the washer was because the warranty company had sent another company out after the problem still wasn't fixed ( a huge oversight on their part). My washer was knocking like crazy during spin cycle and although they opened it up and replaced the top to the plastic tub...the problem was caused by the 4 springs not being attached to the sides of the washer. When the 2nd company came out they immeditaely said that only one spring was attached, 2 were missing, and the 4th one was unattached). I could clearly see this with an untrained eye as the washing machine was open! They did come back out to fix their mistake. My microwave was making a terrible sound and wouldn't rotate. THey told me it was due to a broken metal plate on the inside which they fixed and that I needed a circle piece with wheels to make the plate rotate. After that was purchased the microwave still made the awful sound and wouldn't rotate so someone suggested that maybe the turntable motor was bad. So they came out a 2nd time to replace the motor...still didn't work and still made the awful noise so they said that is just a normal sound. Said they would come back after they spoke to the warranty company about possibly replacing the whole microwave since obviously something mechanically was wrong causing it not to spin. After 2 weeks of mutiple texts, voicemails, with no response, they finally told the warranty company that they had fixed all problems! A new company came out and immediately said that the reason it wasn't spinning was because the coupler was the wrong one and was too tight to spin! Also a heating element was going bad and that caused the noise! They said that whenever there is a microwave problem this is the first thing people replace ! Atcher service is worthless and missed 2 major things that are common problems and fixes! I will never work with them again.
