Overall, I had a great experience with Titan Restoration. We had a pipe burst under the cement slab shortly after moving in. Water seeped under our floor and affected the bottom part of our bedroom and closet walls. We had a plumber (not affiliated with Titan) fix the pipe and pour cement in. But we still needed mold removed, part of the wall removed due to the water damage, and the floor replaced. The communication was timely and always open with everyone involved. They were flexible with my schedule. We asked for carpet since the old flooring was hard to find. Titan worked with my home insurance to coordinate everything. I did have to wait a while after the water mitigation, but that was because of waiting on insurance approval, not Titan. Everything was also done a day ahead of schedule. I appreciate all they have done for us.
