They were pretty awesome even though they didn't have everything I needed.
First off when I called and asked if they had the main item I needed in stock, they went ahead and pulled it for me and held it at customer service. When I got there, there was this really old and confused couple that they were very patiently helping at customer service.
I went and asked one of the sales people in the phone area for help finding a case and eventhough they were sold out of the ones for my phone she was very helpful in directing me where to get some at different places around the city.
We picked up our item easily and the people were very nice.
