I just looked outside and saw yet another butcher job courtesy of the landscapers. I called Heywood realty which handles our HOA complaints via a guy named Marcus. I was given his email, wasn't able to talk to him. My landscaping in my front yard had bushes yesterday morning that were just starting to bloom. They took a long time to come back to this point from the last butchering job these landscapers have inflicted. Today I go outside to stubbs! They cut everything. All of it is GONE. No bushes. Completely hacked away. I was told by some robot secretary at Heywood that this is how they trim back the bushes. I lived at this residence since 2012. Nothing this drastic in the way of trimming has EVER been done. They BUTCHERED my bushes. Ruined! All gone. This is the worst HOA management company ever.They don't deserve even one star.
