Great sales pitch and everything sounded good until the delivery. They had said delivery was included, but when they showed up to unload the 200lb couch, it wouldn't fit the front door. They suggested using the back door. It was winter so there was 2 feet of frozen snow in the backyard. They asked my wife (since I wasn't home) to dig out a path for them while they they movers sat in the truck. After 15 minutes, my wife had dug out 80% of the snow in the freezing weather when the movers told her that they had to leave because they were late for the next shipment. I called them back the next day to find out that they demanded a re-delivery fee of $80 because they couldn't deliver it the first time. I furiously complained that not only did they make my wife dig out the path without delivering anything, they were asking us to pay for a re-delivery fee. When they returned, the had 5 guys to move the couch and they still had trouble moving it. How in the world was 2 guys suppose to move it in the first place. After a week of using the couch, we started to discover quality issues with the couch. All the screws for the legs were only half way in and there were dangerously sharp staples exposed underneath the couch where my toddler son would reach his hands to grab toys. I would never recommend buying from this chain again.
