Horrible experience! I called to set up appt and informed them I had the coupon for an oil change of $13.95. They took my name and I was scheduled. I showed up for appt and they said my car only took synthetic oil and the coupon was for a blend so I could not use it. Instead it would cost $59.95 but they would give me $10.00 off but total bill with fees came to $62.00 for oil change. I called my dealership and indeed my car can take a 0w20 blend, Fletcher's lied! Never go here!!!!!!
