The parking lot at this Hyatt is a torture chamber. It's only three levels but we were trapped for awhile going in circles unable to figure out how the heck to get out. The signage is confusing and frustrating. The staff at this Hyatt ranges from nice to aloof though no one we encountered was particularly outstanding. Our check-in process was clunky and awkward. Getting drinks at the bar downstairs was fine, very long line around 10pm and totally overpriced but it's a hotel bar and to be expected I suppose. All that being said, our room was beautiful. It was huge, the bed was really comfortable plus it had a separate area with couches. This worked well for my group to have a nice night cap drinking and chilling. Great amenities in the hotel, as well. If you're looking for a hotel that has a great location within blocks of The Square where all the Madison action is, this is a great option. Beware of the Hellish parking garage and don't expect well informed and friendly service, then you'll be fine and enjoy your stay.
