Go to BILL LUKE save yourself money and frustration. I purchased a truck from Alan at LHM in June 2015. Had a great experience he was a good salesman. Unfortunately a year later it was stolen and I was in the market to purchase again. Of course I went back to LHM Avondale but their prices were way to high. I ended up purchasing my new truck at Bill Luke (Smartest thing I ever did). Now since September I have been trying to get my gap insurance back from LHM. When I called them in September to figure out what all I needed to bring with me they never return any phone calls their finance team was horrible. when I finally got someone on the phone she apparently was on vacation for a week. I took my odometer reading down to them as requested 9/26/2016 they didn't look anything up just had me fill out a sheet they signed it and told me to expect my refund in 6-8 weeks. Well here we are almost four months later and I had to go back to LHM to find out what is going on. I emailed Frank Pena on Monday and 24 hours later he replies back to me asking me if I had a copy of my contract. That right there told me I was not going to get anywhere and that they lost it. Longs story short four days later I was told by Frank to go back to the dealership where I bought my car from because he cant help me. I did call Bill Luke and they very informative and told me to get my contract and if I didn't have a copy to get it from LHM and they would help me get my refund from there. Thank you BILL LUKE for helping me ever so graciously I am a customer FOR LIFE. LHM are great people as long as your buying a car from them. IF you need anything after that or have to deal with their horrible and unhelpful finance team good luck.
