I went in for a consultation. Although I really liked his training and credentials, I will not be using him because his personality sucks. He is rude, doesn't listen well, only says yes or no instead of explaining why, and lacks empathy and listening skills. If he can't even take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, then why would I trust him with my body? He may be a great surgeon, but I can tell that he won't give me what I'm looking for simply because he has no idea since he doesn't listen. Also, I felt that he wanted me to have unnecessary procedures to make money off of me. I know this is a business, but he doesn't have to give misleading info just to make a buck. This industry is all about word of mouth, so you would think that he would try to make a better impression.
