Reschedule appointment from their link on the email and they don't honor appointment.
SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to someplace that CARES and will be in business in a year.
There is a reason SEARS is going extinct. Good riddance. Home Depot has better tools now. Craftsman is a ghost of what it used to be. Oh and BTW most craftsman Power tools are now made by Black and Decker and not their DeWalt division.
Will be happy when this dinosaur of a store goes away.
