This place was mentioned as one of the best chocolate stores in all of Montreal, I was mildly underwhelmed with the fad, especially since each of the chocolate bites cost almost $3 a piece. Of course, the flavor profile was very complex and we were told to savor each bite without significant chewing and letting the flavors bathe our tongue.
For a simple minded man such as myself, I could never eat chocolate at this pace, nor could I afford it. That being said, this place got 4 stars because I know of the rigorous methods required to achieve their creation and that good chocolates, in the mouths of experts, is priceless.
Also, the staff was very friendly, happy, and gave us free icecream samples, which is always a plus.
