This review applies to the restaurant portion only.
The restaurant has a ton of potential, but suffers from terrible inconsistency. Consider the menu as a starting point, but be prepared for the chef to surprise you. What comes out is always tasty, but it's just not exactly what's on the menu. Most of time time it's a missing ingredient, or an incorrect side. If you're lucky, you may get something extra!
Also, if you order for take out, they charge you $0.50. This is super annoying, and has stopped me from ordering a few times just out of frustration. Management should take note that charging someone for NOT using your resources is very short-sighted.
All in all, the restaurant could be great and fills the need for a restaurant that isn't fast food, chinese or mexican up in the way north area of town. I'll be back since this is a unique option, but wish this restaurant lived up to its potential.
