I need to preface this by saying I'm still fairly new to firearms, and I cannot look at a wall of price tags or options and tell you if it's good.
What I can tell you is that I value customer service above all else, and the guys here are excellent at it. I had a problem with a handgun as a result of some reloaded ammo I purchased from a different store (a review I'll be writing soon). Mark dove right into it, figured out the problem, and managed to solve it. I walked out with a working gun and four boxes of proper ammo (which cost me about the same as I paid for the reloaded stuff).
Everyone was new to firearms at some point, and everyone should remember how intimidating it can be to walk in a store to ask newbish questions. Right away, Mark was friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. I'll definitely be back.
