If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I went to look at an X5 and the sales consultant and "product specialist" were anything but helpful. To start out an entry level X5 doesn't have a back up camera which is very disappointing seeing the car starts at $54K. The sales consultant spent no time building rapport and the product specialist wasn't a specialist AT ALL! I have never personally owned a BMW so I had some questions about the rather confusing display the answer I received was "it's pretty simple, just point and click". He also was unable to answer any of the warranty questions about the vehicle. Long story short it cost BMW a sale and possibly a forever customer.
