Their food quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. The people who work here are not very friendly and seem annoyed to help you.
The positive is they usually deliver your food there in a half hour or less unless you order on a Friday or Saturday then it's closer to an hour.
I wouldn't recommend ordering online due to all of the issues they've had with their online ordering software. We were recently double charged and were given a hard time by Portofino's staff. They were not helpful and dismissed it.
All around just a poor way to do business and unfortunately lackluster food.
