Easily the worst car rental place I've ever experienced, I rent cars 30/52 weeks a year and also manage the car rental places that my organization uses. The only reason I went back is their weekend rate was too good to pass up until I found out that the Enterprise 3 blocks away has a $9.99/day weekend special. The National car rental 1 block away is a little bit more experience but I absolutely love their staff. I have gotten into arguments everytime I interact with the lady that works there all the time - She has taken my ID and scanned it without my position - Constantly argued about the corporate deal I have and rules (I set it up and have a printed copy) The most recent incident was I returned a car two days late, first phone call I got about it I told the person who called that I would have it back in two hours, then my "favorite" person that works there phoned me 20 minutes later I told her that I told the person who just phoned me that I would have it back within two hours. She went as far as saying "I don't believe anyone called you", who does that to a customer? So I returned the car and then received two more phone calls after I returned the car asking me to return it.
