It had been two years since my last cleaning and apparently a lot has happened in my mouth since then.
I found this office on Yelp and made appointments for my boyfriend and myself. They got us on the schedule within days. They emailed us most of the paperwork to be completed before arriving, which made the whole visit that much quicker.
The admin staff at the front is very customer service-oriented and she immediately remembered my boyfriend had been there earlier in the week. I was taken back quickly, finished the X-rays in minutes and was seated.
They took pictures of my mouth, had the hygienist clean my teeth and then the doctor came by to discuss all the work I'd need done. I return later in the month for 2 crowns and 3 fillings.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My prognosis sounds pretty awful, but at least I'll be in good hands.
I don't have dental insurance so all of my payments will be out of pocket. They said if you pay in full, they'll give you a 5% discount.
So far, so good. I hope the actual dental work is as smooth as my first visit.
