There is nothing nice to say about this "Clinic". From the time we walked in, it was an issue. The Receptionist called our dog by the wrong name, then made a comment about how calm our dog was, knowing we were there to euthanize our dog because she was in and out of seizures. The wait to get in the room was over 40 minutes. There was no Technician to take stats, and our dog was not weighed. The Dr came in, and not in all this time did ANYONE say how sorry they were that we were making such a difficult decision. We waited in the room for another 20 minutes while the Dr was getting a Receptionist to charge us out so we wouldn't have to do this after. Well that never happened. And unfortunately it took 2 veins in 2 different legs before she left us. An IV Catheter would have been very beneficial. Then the bill? Just...poor Customer Service....poor service. Such an awful memory to have when you are putting a beloved pet to sleep.
