Gel manicure was uneven, faded, and chipped after 2 days. I called to get a free soak off, was put on hold and transferred to an answering machine. No one called back. I called again and no one answered during open hours.
I've been here twice and while everyone is very nice, the experience is uncomfortable. Nobody talks to you, and it is strangely quiet and empty. While the haircut I received during my first appointment was adequate, and I appreciate that they use cruelty free products, the experience and lack of customer service at every level will deter me from revisiting.
