Beside the rat situation And having to call an attorney to make Tipton Group move me to another apartment ( which they did and paid moving costs and paid my attorney's fees and a month free rent) this place has gone down hill since Tipton took over. It's filthy dirty, dog poop everywhere.. I'm stuck cause this is the only apartment complex the bus comes to pick up kids to take to school. Everyone I know is moving out..
It's a disaster here!!
