Horrible experience trying to schedule an appointment. I was sent for an MRI from my doctor and I scheduled my appointment a week out. I live in Cottonwood, so coming down for an appointment is a big deal. I called the Monday morning of my appointment at 8 am which is when they open and I got their automated answering machine for after hours every time I called until 9:30. I then waited on hold for 20 minutes. Once I got someone on the phone, I was informed that they had called to reschedule my appointment on Friday because insurance hadn't authorized the MRI but the lady who took my number wrote it wrong. I had spoken with insurance that morning and they said they never received a request. I rescheduled my appointment for Friday. Come Thursday I call to confirm that my insurance approved my MRI and low and behold, they still didn't send it in. At this point I am frustrated and they try to reschedule yet again. I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere because they can't get it together. It has now been 3 weeks since my original appointment and I just received a call from them saying my insurance approved the request and I can schedule my MRI. Once I explained I wasn't coming back I began to receive another call. I say bye and answer the next call and it is someone from the same office trying to do the same thing! I have never written a review for a business but I need to let others know that this office needs to get it together and learn communication and organization. I'll never be going to them again. I understand insurance isn't always the easiest to work with but the fact that they never received the request baffles me.
