I bought a custom cake out of one of their books. I was pretty excited and happy to provide a great birthday cake for my sister. I gave pretty simple instructions on what minor color changes it needed, and somehow that resulted in a completely different cake in design when I picked it up. :/ definitely disappointing. Gave the partygoers quite a laugh though. Sadly don't think I'll be ordering a cake here again, because even as I expressed my disappointment in picking it up--I wasn't given any solutions to fix the issue. :( two stars because at least it tasted good!
