I needed a new stylist ...and definitely nervous about that! After reading reviews, I was so excited and hopeful to go to Shampoo Ink. I'm accustomed to making appointments for salons, but was ecstatic to find it wasn't completely necessary here, except on Sundays. Checked the website, ventured to salon from Goodyear. Walked in to find a dark,."closed" salon. They were having a class. Um, would've been nice to see that on their website. So, I will be sure to always make appointments in future....and take my business elsewhere. Darn!!
