Now playing: unique flavors made fresh! Seriously, I though this was just an ice cream shop, with a theater facade. I was not expecting a bird's eye view of the entire production process from start to finish. As a nerdy food service manager myself, I really appreciated this level of insight and transparency.
Tangents aside, the ice cream was truly the star here. I had the amaretto cookie and mango sorbet. Amaretto cookie was phenomenal, the almond flavor and crisp cookie bits were just something you can't find anywhere else. Mango sorbet was pretty good, too. Although I'm less of a sorbet guy than full fat ice cream. Their serving sizes are also quite generous, so you are getting your money's worth.
Come for the ice cream, stay to gawk at the workers/appreciate the ice cream making process.
