Customer service was not very good. Lady was getting frustrated because she was new and didn't know how to do what she was doing. I had to wait a very long time because she couldn't figure it out. Then the financing company was a huge pain in the ass. I waited over a month for my purchase. And then was told the day of that they were delivering. No warning of hey it will be in this week nothing. Communication was not the best. But the furniture was good.
I was contact by management and talked in length about the issues I had. It is nice that someone reached out to apologize and try to make it right.
