I go to school in Arizona and its far from home so when I have a problem I'm very cautious on how to get it taken care of. My car recently got messed up, the front bumler was totally cracked. I decided to go to Capitol Collision because it is very close to my school, and from the moment I walked in to get an estimate to when I picked up car, they were nothing but great to me. Their customer service is amazing and they treated me very well. I know nothing about cars or about fixing them but Rodney who did my estimate was very helpful in working with me and not taking advantage by over charging me and he gave me many options of how to fix my problem. And I have to say for a very great price, my car looks amazing ! It looks even better than before it got messed up and I am truly grateful!! They finished it very fast just in time that I could make it home for my Christmas break. And the ladies working in the front desk were extremely helpful in helping me sort out money issues. Overall my experience in taking my car here was a great one. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
