I came in and asked if they had time to do a mani pedi even though it was close to their posted closing time. The girl at reception said yes. She sat me with a young man and he started my mani. Half way through when I ask about the color for my toes. He tells me they don't have time to do both. Despite realizing the receptionist messed up, he would do nothing to rectify their mistake. I left with my hands half finished.
