I don't leave very many reviews, but felt like I needed to for this one. The first thing that happened was she cancelled on us an hour before we first had scheduled our appt. Not that big of a deal, but we were literally packing the baby up to leave and Im sure all of you know that is a process. The photographer showed up wearing house slippers carrying a bag of taco bell and told us to wait outside while she cleaned up the studio. I understand its in your studio and you should be comfortable, but wearing house slippers and munching on taco bell is pretty unprofessional. Plus you should run your schedule better so that you don't have to make clients wait while you clean your studio. I can't imagine how bad the studio was before she "cleaned" it, because it was still a disaster. She has her own bathroom which is nice until I went to go use it and realized it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since she moved in. The photo shoot went ok. We bought a bunch of outfits to use and she didn't put the baby in any of them because she said it was too much hassle. Isn't that what we are paying for? To get the pics that we want? A good photographer should take 2 mins and ask people what they want in a session. She put the baby in a few of the hats because those are easy to put on and didnt even pull them down all the way, so of course they looked horrible. The pics we take at home turned out better. She had stated her turn around time was 2-3 weeks. A couple of days before the 3 week mark i text and emailed her several times in order to get an update on when we would get our photos. At this point it was past 3 weeks and she was giving me attitude for asking. We then took a couple of the ones that we surprisingly did like and tried to have them blown up and the quality was so bad and grainy that Ive taken pics with my phone that blew up to be better quality. We emailed her again to get several of the shots that we knew she took, but didn't get any pics of.....what do you know....no response. All in all she was unpleasant to deal with, unprofessional and didn't care at all about what we wanted in a photo session. She charged us 150 which is pretty cheap, so I would say, find a better photographer that charges more and is WAY more professional....it looks like you get what you pay for. After cancelling our original session she promised a free mini session, but after our experience with the first one....no thanks. Chances are it was an empty promise anyway, which it sounds like she has to make regularly from all the unsatisfied customers. With someone as rude and unprofessional as she is, its fairly amazing to me that shes even in business still.
