I joined this gym a year ago because it was right down the street from me. It's definitely tailored toward lifters, but as an avid runner I found that the small cardio room is great for me. My boyfriend loves all the lifting equipment and free weights. I'm not into lifting, but I found some machines and free weights that I can use. The hours are great and sufficient for me to get my exercises in. This place can get pretty packed in the late afternoon, but I've never had a problem in the cardio room. The owners of this place are super friendly and kind, and really make this gym great.
