This company is a true rip off. I gave them several items for auction in Aug 2016. Items that their representative Ryan Mapes said would bring in a thousand plus. He lied, the item went for $275. He was very hard to reach and deal with so I finally talked to a manager and told them I wanted to deal with someone else. No one else ever called. I have now sold my home and moved. Before I moved, in Nov I spoke with Christopher and told him I wanted the items that had not sold to be returned to me so the movers could pack them. He never called back. I spoke with Dwyer today who did update my new address and phone number. I told him the situation and told him I have spoken to my attorney and I am going to sue them. I could have done better myself in a yard sale.
