I'll start with the good...the staff does a great cleaning and they are extremely friendly. The bad...I don't trust Dr. Drake as far as I can throw him. He's phony and smarmy. He comes in for 2 minutes at the end of an appointment and says you need a whole bunch of things without explaining what they are or why you need them. He said I needed sealant on 4 teeth. I still have no idea why after asking. After I brought up a small chip in my tooth, which he didn't even mention, he said something like, "Oh yeah, you grind your teeth in your sleep! You need a mouth guard!" Um, how do you know and, if that's the case, why didn't YOU bring it up? I wound up getting the chip fixed elsewhere. In addition, he rushes out the room, making you feel discomfort while asking questions. I won't be returning. It's too bad. I tried the office because of their outreach to the LGBT community in Q-Notes. But, he didn't deliver. Two stars for the staff.
