Horrible customer service. I rushed out of work to get to their location and arrived 15 minutes before closing and the "manager" said he couldnt help me out. I told him that the person I talked to on the phone said it was fine
He said he had somewhere to be... I asked him "so, just because you have somewhere to be at you are going to loose my business?" He replied with " yeah im not married to freeway I have a life im just an assistant" so I asked him "you're an assistant I thought you said you were a manager?" And after that point I walked out. Its very hard for me to get time off since I'm actually a manager and I know I have to do whatever possible to make my company successful. I drove 45 minutes to get to their location and it was a waate of gas.
